PA6 GF10/GF20/GF30/GF40/GF50 | Glass Fiber Reinforced Polyamide 6 for Injection Molding
This Nylon 6 (PA6) glass fiber reinforced compound is a high-performance engineering thermoplastic designed for applications requiring excellent mechanical strength, good heat resistance, and superior wear resistance without flame retardant additives. With a complete range of 10% to 50% glass fiber reinforcement, these non-FR (general purpose) grades offer cost-effective solutions for industrial, automotive, and consumer applications where flame retardancy is not required.
Glass fiber reinforcement significantly enhances the mechanical properties of base PA6, providing increased stiffness, creep resistance, and dimensional stability proportional to fiber content while maintaining good processability.
Glass Fiber Reinforced – Available in GF10 (10%), GF20 (20%), GF30 (30%), GF40 (40%), and GF50 (50%) grades
