This PBT laser markable halogen-free flame retardant glass fiber reinforced compound is an advanced engineering thermoplastic that combines three critical functionalities in one material: permanent laser marking capability, environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardancy, and glass fiber reinforcement for mechanical strength.
Designed for applications requiring traceability, safety, and durability, this material achieves UL94 V0 flame rating while enabling high-contrast laser markings (white mark on black/dark backgrounds) using standard Nd:YAG or fiber lasers (1064nm). The markings are permanent, wear-resistant, and solvent-resistant, making it ideal for automotive, electrical, and industrial components requiring part identification, serial numbers, barcodes, or brand logos.
